Own the prototype. Print it yourself.
Everything sold here is a digital file — printable STL geometry, shader modules, and custom finish specs from the Shader Lab. Nothing physical ships, nothing here contains electronics, and one line matters more than any price on this page:
PulseMask is a design study, sold as wearable art. These files produce a decorative prop / costume / maker piece. It is not a respirator, not PPE, and not a medical device — it is untested to NIOSH 42 CFR 84, EN 136/143 and ISO 16900, provides no respiratory protection, and must never be relied on as protective equipment. UV-C hardware is an eye and skin hazard; no electronics are included or supported. Every order confirms this in writing.
To get PulseMask out into the world, select items are up to 75% off while the launch window runs — struck-through prices are the standing list prices they return to. The price you order at is the price you pay. No countdown clocks; when the window closes, it closes.
The mask
All tiers export the full multi-part model in millimetres — shell, wraparound visor frame, inner oronasal cup, seal bead, chin canister stack, exhale valves and strap anchors — each part a named, closed mesh, ready to slice.

Galea layer & extras
À-la-carte STL modules that bolt onto any tier — the bronze-age armour language on top of the technical shell. Cosmetic parts: the horns, cells and PV arrays are sculpt, not electronics.
Custom finishes & code
The Shader Lab is free to use — design a finish, copy the spec code, attach it to any order. What costs money is the work built from it, and the source itself if you are a developer.
Developer licenses cover one shipped project each, source included, no redistribution or resale of the source itself. Need broader terms? Ask — studio licensing is a conversation, not a form.
No cart. No tracking. Email.
01 · Order
Every order button opens a pre-addressed email draft with the tier, the price and the details I need already filled in. Add your answers and send it. For Photo-Fit, attach your portrait and your IPD in the same message. Nothing about you touches this page — there is no cart, no account, no analytics, no cookies and no backend here.
02 · Confirm & pay
You get a written confirmation of scope, price and turnaround, with an invoice and a payment link. Work starts when payment clears. If a Photo-Fit portrait is unusable — lighting, angle, glasses — you hear that straight away, and you get a full refund if it cannot be made to work.
03 · Delivery
Files arrive by email — STL in millimetres, ready to slice, plus the print guide, the assembly walkthrough and your PMK- unlock code for in-browser exports on the generator. Revision rounds per your tier. If generation fails on our side, full refund; digital files otherwise carry no returns, which is why revisions exist.
Fine print
License
Personal license on every STL tier: print as many as you like for yourself, gift prints freely, never redistribute or resell the files, never sell prints. Selling prints requires a commercial print license — flat 5× the list tier price (not the sale price), per design, forever. Email to arrange.
What you print is on you
Files are provided as-is for decorative use. You are responsible for material choice, print quality and how a finished piece is worn. Keep the visor aperture edges and any line-of-sight rules from the design intact if you light it — and never install a UV-C emitter. That constraint is not negotiable at any price.
Why these prices
Stock files are priced like a good prop STL, because that is what they are. Photo-Fit costs more because a human generates, checks and revises a mesh that only fits one face on Earth. Commissions are priced like the engineering work they contain.
